The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner-Yashee Impex seeking issuance of direction to the Respondents to initiate the refund of amount of Rs.77,08,025/- which stands due to the Petitioner along with interest thereon of Rs.33,61,543/-which was claimed by the Petitioner in the return for the first quarter of 2017-2018.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submits that the refund order has been passed on 28th March, 2025. An affidavit has been handed over to the petitioner in this effect.
