% 05.09.2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0676/2023, under Sections 288/304A IPC, registered at PS: Kalindi Kunj, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned ASC for State, on instructions of Investigating Officer, submits that though the chargesheet in present case has already been filed, but petitioner does not appear to be one of the accused. In view of statement made by learned ASC for State, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
