% 31.01.2020 CM Nos.4029, 4030/2020 in LPA 105/2019 Both these applications have been preferred in this appeal which was already disposed of vide our order dated 15th February, 2019. Having heard the petitioner who appears in person and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in our view, none of these applications is tenable in law once the appeal is already disposed of by this court vide order dated 15th February, 2019. Once the matter is disposed of, this court cannot entertain such type of applications in a disposed of matter.
