The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 0304/2019 under Sections 376/506 of the IPC, registered with PS Mansarovar Park. 2.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP states that a chargesheet without arrest has already been filed.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. It is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the Trial Court. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
