The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "i. direct the respondent no. 2 to stop undue harassment to the petitioner and interference in the life and personal liberty of the petitoner"

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 2 was causing harassment to the petitioner in as much as the petitioner was being repeatedly called for investigation at odd hours. 3.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the respondent / State without prejudice to its rights and contention has changed the Investigating Officer / respondent no. 2 in connection with the aforesaid FIR, in order to dispel all the apprehensions of the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are warranted in the present petition. 6.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 7.

Needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
