By way of order dated 12.03.2025 of the predecessor bench, the petition was disposed of requesting the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of maintenance case and requesting the execution court to decide the execution proceedings expeditiously, preferably within two months. After disposal of the petition, the predecessor bench posted the matter to this day for reporting compliance.

It is contended on behalf of petitioners that the execution proceedings remain pending. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that she will initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 3.
