% 21.07.2016 Both the learned counsels state that the parties have amicably settled their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2015 arrived at before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). A copy of said Settlement Agreement has also been filed. The terms of the Settlement Agreement are also duly confirmed by the learned counsels for parties. I am satisfied that the said agreement is lawful one. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2015 and both the parties are bound by the same.
