Decree Holder states that, as on date, an amount of Rs. 32 lakhs is outstanding.

The Decree Holder is directed to file an affidavit along with a computation showing decretal amount that stands recovered and the amount outstanding as on 31.03.2025. The affidavit along with the computation shall be filed within one week.

The Judgment Debtor is directed to examine the affidavit and computation filed by the Decree Holder and file its response alongwith its own computation within a period of one (1) week thereafter. 4.

It is directed that any admitted amount outstanding as per its computation shall be paid over by the Judgment Debtor, before the next date of hearing.
