Petitioners who are present in Court state that they are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondent Nos.3 and 4, the parents of petitioner No. 1 thus seek protection. 2.

Learned proxy counsel for learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Notice is accepted by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. 5.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 state that petitioner No. 1 is a major and since she has married of her own free will they have no cause of grievance and they will not interfere in her happily married life. W.P.(CRL) 476/2019

In view of the statement of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. It is clarified that in case there is any specific complaint by the petitioners action thereon be taken in accordance with law by the SHO concerned.
