% 20.03.2026 By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the summons issued by the learned Magistrate's Court pursuant to Criminal Complaint No. 485/2025, instituted by respondent No. 2. Mr. Bhaskar Vali, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition on account of an error in the documents filed. He seeks liberty to file afresh with the correct documents.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
