Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing the Respondent to release the Petitioner on Parole for eight weeks. 2.

Verification Report dated 13.02.2025 from the Office of the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Jail No. 14, Mandoli, Delhi has been handed over today in the Court. Let the same be taken on record. 3.

Learned ASC for the State, has submitted that the Police Verification has been done and the same has been forwarded to Jail Authorities to be placed before the Home Department. Since the Verification Report has come. It is hereby directed that the Application be decided by the Competent Authority by 11th of March, 2025. 6.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
