% 29.01.2016 This is a suit for specific performance having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores w.r.t. property falling within the territorial jurisdiction of East District. Ld. counsel for plaintiff however submits that the plaintiff had entered into agreement with the defendants in the area falling within the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi District. Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 27th April, 2016.
