The order dated 26.07.2024 before the learned Joint Registrar (J) records that the counsel for the plaintiff has stated that the matter stands amicably settled and he wants to withdraw the suit. The order reads as under:

None appears on behalf of plaintiff even today. It is therefore apparent that the plaintiff does not wish to continue with the present suit as his disputes have been settled.
