This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 5611/2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions of the Officer who is present in Court, states that though the order of reversion from the post of Assistant Commandant to Inspector was passed on 22.04.2025, the said order has not been given effect to.

In other words, he states that the petitioner continues to discharge the duties of Assistant Commandant. The said submission is taken on record. 4.

In view of the submission made by the Officer, nothing further survives in the contempt petition. The same is closed. V.
