This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned show-cause notice issued in March 2026 by the Commandant, 113 BN BSF, in light of the training policy issued by the Directorate General, BSF, New Delhi, including Office Order bearing No. T/4202 issued from HQ DG BSF to all STCs, and Order dated 09.03.2026 issued by the Office of the Inspector General, STC BSF Baikunthpur (WB), relating to trade-specific training.

ii. Direct the Respondents i.e. DG BSF to grant parity to the Petitioner with other similarly situated personnel who were retained in service after furnishing a second trade certificate, and with those who continue in service without having furnished any such certificate;

may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

In effect, the petitioner is challenging the show cause notice issued on 09.03.2026 by the Office of the Inspector General, STC BSF Baikunthpur (WB) and Mr. Abhay Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the reply to said show cause notice has been submitted yesterday i.e., 19.03.2026.

If that be so, we dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to consider the reply filed by the petitioner and also this writ petition as a representation to the show cause notice, and decide the same in accordance with law.

It goes without saying, if the petitioner has any grievance on the order to be passed by the respondents, liberty shall be with the petitioner to approach the Court Competent Jurisdiction in accordance with law. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
