% 30.08.2018 CM No. 14266/2018 (delay) The present application has been instituted on behalf of the respondent/UOI, seeking condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the counter affidavit.

Issue notice.

Ms. Garima Sachdeva, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner and fairly does not oppose the application. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed. The delay of 18 days in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. The Registry is directed to have the said counter affidavit placed on record. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CONT. CAS (C) 40/2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this contempt petition, with liberty to assail the findings arrived at, by the Review Medical Board on 2nd January, 2018, in accordance with law.

The contempt petition is dismsissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
