By this petition, the petitioner has sought the following prayers:- a) The trial court record of Criminal Complaint No.- 6560 of 2018 pending before the Court of ACMM Ms. Gomti Manocha, Saket Courts Distt. South East, New Delhi may kindly be summoned.

b) To pass such order quashing the FIR No. 322 of 2018 registered with the Police Station new friends colony under the provisions of 354/420/506/509/34 IPC upon the order/ directions of Ld. ACMM Ms. Gomit Manocha Distt. South East.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking a writ of mandamus to the State for properly investigating the FIR in question. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.
