Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of a settlement agreement dated 07.03.2024 having been executed between the parties. He submits that an application under OrderXXIII Rule 1 of CPC, 1908 (vide diary no. 1102415/2024) seeking withdrawal of the present petition has been filed by the petitioner; however, the same is not listed today.A copy of the said application has been handed during the course of hearing; the same is taken on record. 2.
Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith all pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
