1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. While the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 17th January, 2020 declining bail to the Petitioner, whose OA (Appeal) 1978/2019 is pending in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench ('AFT'), considering that the appeal is listed for hearing only on 12th May, 2020, by which time the Petitioner would have served almost one year in custody, the Court considers it appropriate to direct that the final hearing of the appeal be advanced to a suitable date in February 2020 itself.

3. For this purpose, the Court directs OA (Appeal) 1978/2019 to be listed for directions before the AFT on 7th February, 2020. The counsel on both sides

will appear before the AFT and cooperate with the AFT in ensuring the expeditious disposal of the appeal.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

5. A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
