2. Notice. Mr. Peeyoosh Kalra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the GNCTD accepts notice.

3. The factum of there being an arbitration clause and the Petitioner having invoked the arbitration by sending a legal demand notice is not in dispute.

4. In that view of the matter, the parties are directed to appear before the Additional Coordinator, Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟) on 9th February, 2017 to choose the Arbitrator and take further steps. The

arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the DAC. The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators‟ Fees) Rules.
