Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only one recovery witness has been examined by the Trial Court so far. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application before the appropriate Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
