No steps have been taken for service of respondent No. 3. 2.

The petitioners who are two minors have filed a present petition through their natural guardian, i.e. the father with the following prayers:- a) Pass the order and direction to respondent No. 1 and 2 to provide safety, security and protection of the life of the petitioners;

b) Pass the order and direction to the respondent No. 1 and 2 to provide the interim protection to the petitioners by appointing police official for the petitioners till 30.03.2019; c) Pass any other orders or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. A status report has been filed as per which facts also emanate from the petition that the natural guardian of the two petitioners who are minor married to respondent No. 3.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
