This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) allow the present Writ Petition in favour of the Petitioner namely Ramavtar, now posted as Pump Engine Driver: Technician-III with the Electric Department: Senior Section Engineer: Power Supply Rohtak: Rohtak Railway Station: Haryana 124 001 and against the Respondents;

b) issue an appropriate Writ of Certiorari or Directions against the Respondents, more particularly the Respondent No. 2: who is the Competent Authority, for the recalling of the Impugned Office Order dated 17.03.2026 whereby the Petitioner despite the admitted Disability of Epilepsy/ Seizure Disorder/ Generalised Tonic Clonic Seizure has been unlawfully directed to proceed for the Fourteen Days Refresher Electrical Course relating to the Batch-III: Pump Engine Driver Cadre starting with effect from 18.03.2026 to 31.03.2026; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) also issue any other Order or Orders as may be deem fit & proper under the Circumstances of the present Case in favour of the Petitioner."

Mr. Tarun Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has filed writ petition being no. 2940/2026, wherein the petitioner has challenged the decision of the respondents by praying he should be given an alternative employment because of his medical condition on which this Court has issued notice. He states, the respondents are insisting the petitioner to undertake the training in terms of the order challenged in the above petition.

He states that he shall withdraw the present petition and file an application in the aforesaid writ petition. He also states till such time that application is listed before this Court, he shall not join the training as directed by the respondent in terms of the order dated 17.03.2026. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application in W.P.(C) no. 2940/2026.
