submits that since the applicants have not filed any application seeking anticipatory bail before the learned Court of Sessions and have come here directly, they may be permitted to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file appropriate applications before the learned Court of Sessions. 2.

The applications are, accordingly, disposed of with the abovesaid liberty. 3.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 4.

It is also clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, as such.
