On the basis of one complaint made by a minor, FIR No. 0375/2025 under Sections 65(1)/74/75(2)/351(3)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 (corresponding Sections 376(3)/354/354A/506/ 34 IPC and Sections 6/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual offence Act, 2012 was registered at P.S. Preet Vihar.

The mere request in the present petition is to the effect that the police be directed to conduct an impartial investigation. 3.

charge-sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court this month only.

The present petition is, therefore, disposed of, as not pressed. 7.
