% 07.01.2019 Learned counsel for the judgment debtors informs me that applications for condonation of delay and restoration of the petition under Section 34 by the judgment debtors before the concerned Court have been filed and that these applications are coming up for hearing on 16.01.2019.

Accordingly, counsel for the parties request that the captioned petition be stood over.

To be noted, the judgment debtors have deposited a sum of Rs. 2,04,70,623/- with the Registry of this Court. The Registry will ensure that the money is invested in an interest bearing fixed deposit, if the same has not already been done.
