O R D E R

% 06.02.2020 There is an order of payment of Rs. 1,47,200/- to each of the two workmen. Since they did not have a counsel, therefore upon request, Mr. Rajiv Agarwal, Advocate, who was present in the Court, was appointed as their counsel. The case was passed over for him to obtain instructions. Having done so, he states that the respondents would be willing to settle the lis upon payment of Rs. 75,000/- plus Rs. 5,000/- to each workman towards litigation expenses. The petitioners have already deposited Rs. 75,000/-

against each of the two workmen.

Let Rs. 75,000/-, alongwith interest accrued thereon, be released to the workmen in their respective bank accounts, alongwith Rs. 5,000/- each towards litigation expenses.

The learned counsel for the workmen submits that the workmen accept the aforesaid amount in settlement of all their claims against the petitioners.

Let an undertaking in this regard be filed. Unless the undertaking is filed in terms of the aforesaid, monies shall not be released to the workmen. The petitioners too shall file an undertaking in terms of the above. The petitions are disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 06, 2020 RW
