% 08.04.2024 I.A. 7796/2024 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Ms. Sanjukta Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes under the "Vivad se Vishwaas-II (Contractual Disputes)"

scheme, whereby the respondent's claims have been accepted by the petitioner to the extent permissible under the scheme.

Ms. Roy submits that one of the requirements of the scheme is that after the claims are accepted, the petition must be withdrawn. Counsel however submits that if the respondent does not honour the terms of the settlement, the petitioner be given liberty to invoke their legal remedies, as may be permissible under law.
