By virtue of the present application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Police Authorities to perform their statutory duties in accordance with the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and take appropriate action on the complaints dated 28.01.2026 and 03.02.2026 subsequent complaints submitted by the Petitioner.

b) Direct the Respondent Police Authorities to seize; secure and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 24/03/2026 at 13:50:57

preserve the electronic evidence as CCTV footage installed in the building where the petitioner resides.

c) Direct the Respondent Police Authorities to ensure that the accused persons and their associates do not threaten, intimidate or harass the petitioner and her family members in any manner whatsoever.

d) Issue appropriate directions to the Respondent Police Authorities to provide adequate protection to the Petitioner, her sister and her mother, who are residing alone in the said building and are facing a serious threat to their life and safety from the private respondents.

e) Direct the Respondent Police Authorities to seize, 'secure and preserve the electronic evidence including 'the mobilephone recording of the incident, which are possession of petitioner's family members so that the crucial evidence not destroyed or tempered with.

f) Stay the operation and further proceedings arising out of the said notice/ Kalandra issued under Section 130 BNS pending before the Court of the Ld. Special Executive Magistrate, Dwarka District, New Delhi.

g) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.in the facts and circumstances of the present ¢case."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
