None appears for the petitioner.

It is noticed that there has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the previous dates of hearing as well. 3.

Vide order dated 01.08.2024 it was, inter alia, directed as under:- "1. The petitioner has not entered appearance pursuant to Court notice issued on 02.07.2024. The Registry reports that service at the address given in the memo of parties was unsuccessful. Learned counsel, on record for the petitioner, has also unfortunately passed away.

2. At my request, learned counsel for the respondent has searched the database of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and informs me that the registered office address of the petitioner is V2, Retail Ltd., Khasra No. 928, Extended Lal Dora Abadi Village, Village Kapashera, Tehsil- Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110037.

3. The Registry is directed to issue Court notice to the petitioner at the said address.

4. Returnable on 19.11.2024."

Yet again, none appears for the petitioner despite service of Court Notice. In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
