Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2025, a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) was paid by the defendant to the plaintiffs on 02.12.2025. 2.
The remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) by way of a Demand Draft dated 15.01.2026 in favour of HERO MOTOCORP LIMITED drawn on HDFC Bank has been handed over by the defendant to the learned counsel for the plaintiffs.

The Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2025 alongwith all the annexures appended therein, is taken on record.

In terms of para (vi) of the Settlement Agreement, the defendant is to handed over to the plaintiffs the stocks seized in terms of the order dated 04.03.2025 and 17.03.2025 by the Local Commissioner. It is stated that the said stocks were released on superdari to the defendant. 5.
As per the condition stipulated in para (vi), the defendant is directed to hand over the said seized products/goods to the plaintiffs within three days from today. The plaintiff would be at liberty to destroy such goods. 6.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The Suit is decreed and disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2025 alongwith pending applications, if any. 9.
The Court Fees be refunded under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, to the plaintiffs upon completion of all the formalities as per rule.
