This order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 14.08.2025.

Mr. Harish Kumar, Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1, states that a withdrawal letter dated 16.08.2025 was filed with the TM registry on 27.08.2025.

Mr. Om Ram, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2, states that the letter has not been filed in the appropriate statutory form, and therefore, the application could not be processed by the registry. 3.1.

He states that since Respondent No. 1 is consenting to the rectification, this Court may consider issuing a direction with respect to the cancellation of the subject mark.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 agrees to the course suggested by Respondent No. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, with the consent of the parties, it is directed that trademark registration no. 6100995, for the mark in Class 11 dated 08.09.2023, is hereby directed to be cancelled. 6.

The trademark registry is directed to rectify the register accordingly, within four (4) weeks.

The present petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 8.
