% 22.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to maintain social ties and to perform the Barsi of his father fixed for 1st March, 2019. As per the nominal roll of the petitioner the petitioner has been granted three weeks furlough by the competent authority i.e. DG (Prisons) on 18th February, 2019 which petitioner can avail. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the furlough granted to him. No case for grant of parole is made out to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
