The instant application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the civil suit.

For the reasons stated in the application, the instant application is allowed:

CS(OS) 142/2025 3.

In view of above, the instant civil suit is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of the prayer 'i' of the aforesaid application i.e. I.A. 15392/2025. 4.

Accordingly, the civil suit, along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The dates already fixed i.e. 25.07.2025 before Joint Registrar and 28.08.2025 before the Court, stand cancelled. 6.

Ordered accordingly.
