Ms. Kapoor, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1/DDA upon instructions, states that the petitioner is yet to submit the requisite documents in terms of the possession letter, to which learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same could not be submitted earlier on account of some personal difficulty of the petitioner.

Ms. Shefali, Asst. Director (Janta) Housing, who has joined the proceedings through VC states that as soon as the requisite documents are furnished, the physical possession of the allotted premises would be handed over to the petitioner and the conveyance deed will also be executed within 4 weeks thereof subject to completion of other modalities.
