The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:

<In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby quashing the FIR No.88/2024 dated 20.02.2024 registered at PS Hari Nagar, chargesheet dated 03.05.2024 filed on 07.01.2025 and criminal case bearing SC/8/2025, pending in the court of Sh. Sachin Jain Ld. ASJ, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, and also for quashing of all the proceedings arising out of the above said FIR No.88/2024.

Any other order/directions which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper be also passed in favour of Petitioners and against the Respondent (s).= 3.
