The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the respondent Nos.l and 2 for disposal of the representations bearing Grievance bearing No.PMOPG/D/2016/0142677 (P.M.

Office), Grievance No.CMOFF/N/2017/137704 (Govt. of Haryana), Grievance No.GOVHY/E/2018/02628 (CPRGRAMS), Grievance No.MINHA/E/2018/ 05270 (CPRGRAMS) and Grievance No.MINHA/E/2018/06990 (CPRGRAMS) made by the petitioner within a time bound period." 2.

It is asserted by the petitioner that he had made several representations regarding illegal sand mining in Tilpat Range - I and II, Faridabad.

It is seen that the petitioner had also filed a Public Interest Litigation (W.P.(C) 4893/2018), urging somewhat similar grievances.

In the said PIL, the petitioner also prayed that directions be issued to the CBI to inquire into certain corrupt practices as alleged in the petition. It is seen that a similar representation dated 09.08.2016 was also made by the petitioner to the Prime Minister's office as well as to the Air Chief Marshal. The same was disposed of by an order dated 27.05.2016, which is also the subject matter of agitation in the said PIL.

In view of the above, it is seen that the petitioner has repeatedly sought to agitate the similar grievance in one form or the other. The same is impermissible. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J FEBRUARY 18, 2019 MK
