The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the concerned respondent to complete the investigation in FIR No.0170/2018 in a time bound manner. 3.

Ms Rao, learned ASC states, on instructions, that the investigations are almost complete and a final report would be filed positively within a period of four weeks from today.

The respondent is bound down to the said statement. In view of the

above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
