By virtue of the present petition under Sections 438 and 442 of the the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 07.02.2026 passed by the learned ASJ (01), South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CA No. 489/2025 whereby the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by Learned JMFC (Mahila Court-02), Saket Courts, New Delhi, was upheld. 2.
Considering the nature of the order impugned, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
