A Petition under Section 482 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking Anticipatory Bail in Summon No.PMLA/SUMMON/DLZO-I/2024/2697/959 in F.No.DLZO/50/2023. 2.
It is submitted that a Notice for joining the investigations was served upon the Petitioner on 17.07.2024 to appear before the Investigating Agency on 05.09.2024. Since, Notice was served much after the day of joining the investigations, he was unable to join the investigations. It is further submitted that there is apprehension of arrest and hence, Anticipatory Bail is sought.

Learned APP for the State submits that as of now the Petition is neither an accused in the CBI case or in the PMLA case, but only investigations are being carried out for which the Petitioner is required to join.

In view of the submissions made, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of with the directions that the Petitioner shall be served with Notice well within time, on receiving of which he shall join the investigations. 5.
In case any arrest is to be made, at least 7 days prior Notice be given to the Petitioner.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
