After addressing at length, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application before the Court of Sessions in view of change of circumstances, in the sense that during pendency of the present application, the accused/applicant was interrogated thrice by the Investigating Officer. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the present application. 3.
