The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail for one month in case FIR No.10/2016, registered under Sections 302/201/396/120-B/412/34 IPC at Police Station Rajender Nagar, on the ground of marriage of his daughter, which is scheduled to be solemnized on 09.02.2020. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is fixed for 09.02.2020 and the accompanying ceremonies are taking place from 06.02.2020 onwards. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody for the past four years and the charge has not yet been framed till date for want of FSL report. He further submits that if the petitioner is released on interim bail, his son would stand surety for him. 3.
Status report has been placed on record by the State wherein the factum of marriage of petitioner's daughter with one Deepak on 09.02.2020 BAIL APPLN. 323/2020
has been verified.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of seven days from the date of his release, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety (his son) of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner will not leave the jurisdiction of Police Stations Bharat Nagar and Raj Park during the period of his release on interim bail. (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the IO/SHO concerned of P.S. Bharat Nagar on every alternate day at 10 a.m. during the aforesaid period. (iii) He shall provide his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO, P.S. Bharat Nagar, which he undertakes to keep operational at all times during the period of his release on interim bail.
(iv) On expiry of his interim bail period, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
