O R D E R

% 28.02.2019 After hearing some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner says he does not wish to argue further on merits provided one year time is given to him to vacate the premises. This submission is objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent. However after some arguments it is agreed the petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 30.11.2019, hence he is directed to vacate the premises on or before 30.11.2019 provided he pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as user/occupation charges w.e.f. 01.03.2019 till the vacation of the premises. The arrears of admitted rent w.e.f. 01.12.2017 till 28.02.2019 be cleared within eight weeks from today. Usual undertaking shall be filed by the petitioner herein within four weeks from today. The future user/occupation charges shall be paid on or before the 7th day of each calendar month. Water and electricity charges shall be paid as per actuals. Any default in the

above terms shall entail the eviction forthwith. The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
