This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to an Agreement dated 04.10.2021 containing arbitration clause 15, petition was filed by the Respondents under Section 11(6) of 1996 Act being ARB. P. 700/2022 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator, which was allowed on 12.07.2022 and Arbitrator was appointed. It is stated in the petition that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of pronouncement of the award and the mandate of the Arbitrator be extended by three months. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Arbitrator is extended by a period of three months from 19.05.2025 and period between 03.01.2025 to 18.05.2025 is regularised. 5.
