Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, who appears for the petitioner, submits that though there are several reliefs sought for in the writ petition, at the moment, he is limiting his relief to a direction being issued for consideration of its communication dated 7.1.2020, filed with the Northern Regional Committee (NRC), in response to a Letter of Intent (LOI) issued to the petitioner. 2.

To be noted, the LOI is dated 21.11.2019.

An application was moved by the petitioner with NRC for grant of recognition qua B.Ed. course vis-à-vis academic session 2017-18. This application was submitted with NRC as far back as on 5.6.2016. 4.

Mr. Sharawat says that the petitioner has missed several academic sessions and therefore, there is an urgency in the matter. W.P.(C) 1268/2020 1/2

Issue notice.

5.1 Mr. Karan Sharma accepts notice for the respondents. 6.

In view of the limited directions that I intend to pass today, Mr. Sharma submits that he does not wish to file a counter affidavit and that he will rely on the documents placed on record.

Mr. Sharma informs me that the jurisdiction concerning the petitioner has been shifted from NRC to Western Regional Committee (WRC) in view of its location. Mr. Sharma submits that the petitioner is located in Rajasthan and the transfer of jurisdiction qua petitioner's case took place pursuant to the Gazette Notification dated 27.01.2020. 8.

Given the limited plea advanced by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the WRC to consider the petitioner's compliance letter dated 7.01.2020 and reach a decision in respected of the same within the next two weeks.

Resultantly, the pending application shall stand closed. 10.
