Petitioner herein has been summoned for committing of offences under Sections 442/445 IPC on the basis of the complaint filed by respondents herein.

Such summoning order dated 16.07.2024 was challenged by filing a revision but such Revision Petition has been dismissed by the learned Revisional Court on 04.08.2025.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the abovesaid complaint has been filed on the basis of incorrect facts and also by suppressing material documents.

Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice. 5.

Heard.

opportunity of hearing to both the sides.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition and submits that he may be permitted to raise all the contentions taken in the present petition before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 9.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
