This joint application has been filed by the parties seeking disposal of the appeal as compromised. It is submitted by both sides that according to the settlement agreement dated 12.12.2024 (annexure A) the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- out of the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this court in the form of fixed deposit and interest accrued thereon be released to the respondent through its Director Mr. Piyush Goel and the remaining, if any, lying with the Registry of this court be released to the appellant through its Authorised Representative. 2.

Having examined the settlement agreement, I am satisfied that the dispute stands adjusted by lawful compromise. 3.

Therefore the application is allowed.
