W.P.(CRL) 446/2021 1.

Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing the FIR bearing No. 109/2017 under Section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station EOW, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that 37 original Complaints were settled.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that from time to time many people, who were aggrieved by the act of the Petitioner, have been approaching in respect of which, some matters have been settled. Furthermore, Supplementary Charge-Sheet has been filed in respect of other victims/aggrieved persons.

Considering that the Charge-Sheet already stands filed, no ground for quashing of FIR is made out.

The Petition is hereby disposed of with the liberty to the parties to approach the learned Trial Court and raise their contentions before the learned Trial Court and are at liberty to take any other remedy, which is available, in accordance with law. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
