Petitioners seek writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking protection, safety and security to their life.

A complaint was made by them way back on 10.11.2025 and it is apprised that no action has been taken by the police, so far. 3.

Learned Standing counsel for the respondent-State, however, submits that after receipt of abovesaid complaint, they had rather requested the petitioners to approach them for gathering further information but they have not yet contacted the concerned IO.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other judicial remedy as available under law. 5.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
