O R D E R

% 03.02.2020 Ms. Annu Kumari, the adult daughter of the petitioner Ms. Shanti Devi, is present before this Court along with Mr. Vikas Yadav, her newly wedded husband.

Ms. Annu Kumari states that, she has married Mr. Vikas Yadav of her own free will and consent on 2nd September, 2019 at the Arya Samaj Mandir, behind Tis Hazari Court, Delhi; and is presently residing at her matrimonial home situated at H. No. J-14, Mangolpuri, Delhi. In view of the foregoing, Ms. Shanti Devi - who has had occasion to interact with her daughter Ms. Annu Kumari, as well as, her son-in-law - does not press the present habeas corpus petition, any further.
